Everybody knows that Horde is a free webmail program and mainly used to access the email present in the server. If you are using the cPanel server you may come across the following error.
“User name@domainname.com is not authorized for Mail”
To fix the above error I have searched the cPanel forum and found that running upcp forcefully resolve the issue but it didn’t help. I created a ticket with cPanel and they have fixed this by updating the following SSL Cipher.

The above SSL cipher should be added in Mail server cofniguration ( WHM -> Home -> Service configuration -> Mail server configuration. ) and Exim Configuration Manager ( Home -> Service configuration -> Exim configuration Manager and select Advanced Editor)
